Amerykański krążownik liniowy

Poniższy okręt część z Was już pewnie zna, bowiem jego rysunek prezentowałem już na fow.pl, a teraz dorobiłem do niego tylko raport springsharpa. Jest to projekt amerykańskiego krążownika liniowego z 1910 r., będący w zasadzie szybszą wersją pancernika Wyoming. Okręt ma uzbrojenie ograniczone do 8 dział kal. 305 mm, za to wydłużony do prawie 204 m kadłub mieści siłownię pozwalającą uzyskać prędkość 26 w. Teoretycznie dało by się wycisnąć jeszcze trochę ale dałem sobie spokój, gdyż projekt przewidywał tylko 25 w. Rysunek powstał na podstawie planu Macieja Chodnickiego, zamieszczonego w jego "Amerykańskich ciężkich okrętach artyleryjskich (...)", tom III.
