odróżnieniu od tak klasyfikowanych jednostek w innych flotach, mających często
rozmiary kanonierki, nasza jednostka odpowiada swoją wielkością małemu
krążownikowi według standardów z końca XIX w., i jak na prawdziwy krążownik
przystało – posiada nawet opancerzenie pokładu. Do tego, posiada silne
uzbrojenie torpedowe, na które składa się aż 7 wyrzutni. Jednocześnie, wobec rychłego
pojawienia się pierwszych niszczycieli, jest to epigon swojej klasy, zapewne
ostatni w naszej flocie.
