A dziś taki sobie monitor:-) Bez specjalnego uzasadnienia
taktycznego – po prostu zachciało mi się zafundować naszej flocie okręt z
diagonalnym ustawieniem artylerii, do którego to sposobu jej rozmieszczenia mam
pewną słabość. Powiedzmy że ma to być uzupełnienie trójki starszych monitorów z
lat 60-tych.. (prezentowanych w poście z 01.10.2013 r.).

Fuel, ammunition & stores: 139 tons, 7,7%
Miscellaneous weights: 0 tons, 0,0%
Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
1 537 lbs / 697 Kg = 8,1 x 8,0 " / 203 mm shells or 0,8 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,40
Metacentric height 3,1 ft / 1,0 m
Roll period: 11,7 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 25 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,06
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 0,25
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has a flush deck
Block coefficient: 0,546
Length to Beam Ratio: 4,33 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 14,62 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 34 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0,00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
- Forecastle (23%): 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
- Mid (50%): 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
- Quarterdeck (20%): 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
- Stern: 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
- Average freeboard: 3,02 ft / 0,92 m
Ship tends to be wet forward
Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 69,4%
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 29,9%
Waterplane Area: 7 119 Square feet or 661 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 109%
Structure weight / hull surface area: 103 lbs/sq ft or 504 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 1,01
- Longitudinal: 1,00
- Overall: 1,00
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is excellent
Room for accommodation and workspaces is extremely poor
Ship has quick, lively roll, not a steady gun platform
Caution: Lacks seaworthiness - very limited seakeeping ability
