Nowa kanonierka

Nowy typ kanonierki jest w zamierzeniu okrętem uniwersalnym, przydatnym zarówno w koloniach, jak i na wodach macierzystych. Nie stanowi co prawda żadnego przełomu w stosunku do poprzedniego typu, ale uznałem, że tamtego mamy za mało (raptem 4 jednostki) i konieczne jest uzupełnienie:)
