Szybki pancernik Kutuzow (1906) - 10.05.2011

W 1905 r. stocznia NY Shipyards przedłożyła rosyjskiej admiralicji projekt jeszcze innego pancernika – o planowanej wyporności 16500 ton i uzbrojonego w 6 dział 305 mm. Bliższych szczegółów tej propozycji brak, więc wszystko inne to już moja fantazja. Pomyślałem sobie, że przy tak w sumie lekkim uzbrojaniu można by pokusić się o coś w rodzaju szybkiego pancernika (oczywiście na miarę realiów pierwszej dekady XX w.) – okrętu pośredniego pomiędzy późniejszymi drednotami a krążownikami liniowymi. Efekt – poniżej;-) Myślę, że korzystając z „zatrudnienia” niemieckich krążowników liniowych na Morzu Północnym, taka jednostka mogła by na Bałtyku narobić w czasie Pierwszej Wojny Światowej niezłego bigosu.. ;-)
