skutek różnorakich problemów natury finansowej i organizacyjnej ciągnęła się w
nieskończoność. W 1904 r. planowano jego uzbrojenie w 4x254 i 10x150. Niedługo
przed wybuchem Pierwszej Wojny Światowej (1911 lub 1914), wobec całkowitej
przestarzałości konstrukcji, nieukończony kadłub okrętu złomowano. Gdyby jednak
został ukończony zgodnie z pierwotnymi planami, mógłby wyglądać tak:
