POW General Artigas - 05.07.2012

Pora odetchnąć od tych monstrualnych projektów;) Dla odmiany proponuję coś skromnego – mały pancernik dla floty Urugwaju. Kraj ten pod koniec XIX w. praktycznie nie miał żadnych liczących się jednostek bojowych, za to dwóch wielkich sąsiadów ze znacznymi siłami morskimi. Stąd moja propozycja dość taniego okrętu mogącego służyć do ewentualnej obrony wybrzeża. Wielkość i kaliber artylerii jednostki (brytyjskie 9,2 calówki Mk X mogące strzelać 172 kg pociskami 3-4 razy na minutę!) zostały dobrane tak, by nie była ona słabsza od najsilniejszych ówcześnie pancerników flot Argentyny i Brazylii.
