takim potencjale jak wymienione, z założenia ma to być oszczędnościowy wariant
drednota, z wypornością ograniczoną do 18000 ton, ale jak na Amerykę Płd.
przystało – zaprojektowany z naciskiem na walory ofensywne, uzyskane kosztem opancerzenia.
