Niels Juel - wariant pierwotny - 21.06.2011

Duński pancernik obrony wybrzeża Niels Juel według oryginalnych planów miał nieść jako główne uzbrojenie 2 działa Kruppa kalibru 305 mm. Wybuch Pierwszej Wojny Światowej pokrzyżował te plany, nie udało ich się na skutek sprzeciwu sprzymierzonych, zrealizować także po wojnie i okręt został ukończony jedynie z artyleria średnią, jako przedziwna hybryda – coś pośredniego między pancernikiem obrony wybrzeża a dużą kanonierką (żartobliwie mawiam o nim "krążownik obrony wybrzeża;-)). Poniższa symulacja w springsharpie pokazuje jak okręt mógłby wyglądać, gdyby został ukończony zgodnie z planami.
