Drugie podejście do koncepcji pancernika 25.000-tonowego –
tym razem jest to symulacja projektu autorstwa George Thurstona z 1933 r.
Niestety, wydaje się, że jest to projekt mniej udany od poprzedniego –
odporność jest mniejsza niż w przypadku projektu 12B, co dziwi, ponieważ
zastosowany pancerz jest grubszy, a o przeciążeniu okrętu uzbrojeniem też nie można
mówić, skoro pływały uzbrojone w taką samą ilość dział nawet nieco mniejsze
drednoty.. Na szczęście niedostatki
projektu rekompensuje dość znaczna siła ognia (w stosunku do projektu 12B).
