Ponieważ
projekt GK4021 ze swoim relatywnie słabym uzbrojeniem nie budził
entuzjazmu, prezentuje inny wariant - nieco większy projekt GK4541, przy
analogicznym opancerzeniu i nieco mniejszej prędkości ma dwa razy
silniejszą artylerię. To już znacznie sensowniejsza propozycja niż
GK4021.

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
47 700 lbs / 21 636 Kg = 21,1 x 16,5 " / 420 mm shells or 6,4 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,23
Metacentric height 8,4 ft / 2,6 m
Roll period: 15,9 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 36 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,38
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 0,53
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has raised forecastle
Block coefficient: 0,606
Length to Beam Ratio: 7,14 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 28,01 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 57 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 6,00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 25,43 ft / 7,75 m
- Forecastle (17%): 24,08 ft / 7,34 m (17,95 ft / 5,47 m aft of break)
- Mid (31%): 17,95 ft / 5,47 m
- Quarterdeck (16%): 17,95 ft / 5,47 m
- Stern: 18,73 ft / 5,71 m
- Average freeboard: 19,16 ft / 5,84 m
Ship tends to be wet forward
Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 114,9%
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 132,2%
Waterplane Area: 63 364 Square feet or 5 887 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 97%
Structure weight / hull surface area: 206 lbs/sq ft or 1 006 Kg/sq metre
